Ukraine army has got its own cryptocurrency now
New UAF token will help donate money to Ukrainian army

Ukrainian project Sl8 launched meme cryptocurrency Ukrainian Army Forces (UAF) to support the Army against Russian invaders.

“Ukrainian Army Forces (UAF) is the currency of the Ukrainian army”, one of the UAF developers wrote on Facebook.

The entire profit from the new token launch will go to the Ukrainian army as donations.

“If you powerfully promote the topic, you will be able to pour in serious money”, the developers hope.

The project is launching 10 billion UAF, with a liquidity pool of one billion UAF, and 100 000 USDC.

Starting from the March 22 every hour 375 000 UAF will be swapped to USDC. Accumulated on separate accounts, the assets then will be spent on the Army needs.

The remaining 9 billion UAF will appear on the market in next 1000 days.

There are also plans to launch several Stellar tokens for different Ukrainian enterprises and businesses. It will be a kind of “token-as-a-service”.

“When Ukraine defeats Russia, lots of investments will come. It will be as simple as possible to invest in crypto-tokens of enterprises,” UAF spokesperson said.

Ukraine is going crypto

Earlier the Ukrainian government launched a crypto donation initiative to support the army.

With all the collected donations in crypto, Ukrainian Ministry managed to buy 5550 bulletproof vests and 500 plates for bulletproof vests, 3125 thermal ions and night optics, 3427 medical supplies, 410 000 dry rations, 500 helmets, and 60 radios.

Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov says the country will get no less than $100 million in crypto donations.

Launching own cryptocurrency is as a very realistic scenario for Ukraine after recent crypto legalization. But, of course, saying this analysts mean something more state-backed than a meme coin developed by a group of enthusiasts.

Well, maybe digital hryvnya is still to come.

Meanwhile, the UAF token has a quite clear goal.

Ukraine army has got its own cryptocurrency now. It will be easier for every crypto fan in the world to support Ukrainian army defending the country from Russian invasion.

Taking into account what impressive support millions of people from the whole world show to Ukraine fighting for its freedom, it might be possible that meme token for Ukrainian army will soon become popular. Especially, if we somehow make Elon Musk to tweet about it.
